Velvet Diffuser | Mayotte Lime & Ylang Ylang
Sophisticated sweetness. An embrace of nectar and flowers.
Velvet is our interpretation of botanical sweetness. Far from synthetic sugar, this composition captures the intoxicating richness of exotic flowers and warm spices. It's a scent that doesn't ask for permission; it envelops the space with a seductive and magnetic presence.
The protagonist is an exuberant heart of Ylang Ylang and Jasmine, flowers known for their creamy and almost fruity profile. This floral intensity rests on a deep base of pure Vanilla, which provides a warm and persistent sweetness. The top note of Kaffir Lime and the base of Vetiver act only as subtle counterpoints, preventing the blend from being cloying and keeping it elegant.
It creates an atmosphere of absolute comfort and warm luxury, ideal for spaces where intimacy and sensory pleasure are sought.

- Family: Floral / Gourmand (Sweet).
- Top Notes (Spark): Kaffir Lime.
- Heart Notes (The Nectar): Ylang Ylang, Jasmine.
- Base Notes (The Sweet Base): Vanilla, Vetiver.
- Sensation: Creamy, Sweet, Enveloping.
- Presentation: 100 ml with high-diffusion synthetic fiber reeds. Constant aroma for 8 to 12 weeks.
- Spatial Pairing: Cozy living rooms, bedrooms, dressing rooms.
The Ritual
Insert the fiber reeds. Due to the density of the vanilla and floral notes, this aroma has great longevity. It is perfect for olfactorily "warming up" a cold or minimalist space. Invert the reeds when you want to reactivate the intensity of the floral sweetness.
Complement the ritual by applying Velvet Room Mist in different spaces.
The Chronicle
Which scent belongs in each space — the home olfactory zoning guide.
The ylang ylang at its heart comes from Mayotte. Read its botanical chronicle.
- Before you begin: Gently shake the bottle before removing the cork to ensure an even mixture of the oils.
- Insert the reeds: Place 5 to 6 rattan reeds, depending on the desired aroma intensity.
- Flip the reeds regularly: Every two days, flip the reeds to refresh the scent diffusion. This helps keep the fragrance fresh and enveloping.
- Replace reeds when necessary: When the perfume reaches half the container and you notice that the aroma is no longer as intense, replace the saturated reeds with new ones. Discard used reeds to ensure optimal diffusion.
- Duration: This diffuser is designed for small spaces and can last between 1 to 3 months, depending on factors such as ventilation, temperature, and space size.
- Additional care: You can gently shake the bottle occasionally to revitalize the oil mixture.
Note: For the best experience, place it in an enclosed, poorly ventilated space. Avoid placing it near drafts, as this could reduce its duration.
